The basic principle of micro-pump:

The circular motion of the motor causes the diaphragm inside the pump to reciprocate through the mechanical device, so as to compress and stretch the air in the pump chamber of a fixed volume to form a vacuum (negative pressure), and generate pressure at the pump exhaust port with the external atmospheric pressure. Under the action of the pressure difference, the gas is pressurized (sucked) into the pump cavity, and then discharged from the exhaust port.
